After working in the Berlin specialty coffee scene for over 10 years, we decided to found ICKPA. This is our way to express ourselves through sourcing and roasting and to share our value with other coffee enthusiasts. ICKPA. is a modern coffee roasting company that specializes in Nordic-style roasting. We only work with freshly harvested, seasonal coffee varieties to ensure the best taste experience. ICKPA (iskra) is a word used in many Slavic countries. It means “spark” or “ember”.‍

    Only fresh harvests are used and very lightly roasted.

    Brew filter coffee with hot orange juice.
