This is what We Roast Coffee says about the producers and the cultivation of South Blend Espresso:
This coffee blend consists of 60% Arabica coffee from Finca Serra Pelada in Petunia, Brazil and 40% wild Canephora coffee from the Koumalassi farm in Macenta, Guinea. The Arabica coffee was harvested from the red and yellow Catuai variety and naturally sun-dried. The growth height is 1,250m above sea level. The Canephora coffee has been processed as semi-washed and grows at an altitude of 600m above sea level.

This blend has a smooth, full body, low acidity and aromas of chocolate with hints of almond and molasses. The Canephora content makes this coffee blend ideal for use in portafilter machines or fully automatic machines.

Although the coffee is not roasted too dark, it still tastes rather classic and really has a very low acidity. The coffee is very forgiving in preparation and is ideal as a milk drink.

Whole beans
With whole beans, you decide when to grind. This way coffee keeps its aromas longer.

Medium grind, slightly finer than sand granules

Medium fine grind for stovetop espresso makers.

Fine grind, a bit finer than table salt.
V60/ Kalita
A medium coarse grind like rough sand.

A coarse grind, similar to sea salt.
