This is what We Roast Coffee says about the producers and the cultivation of the Mildred Niebles Honey Process Filter:

Mildred Niebles, a farmer from Colombia, produces an excellent Arabica coffee with the varieties Castillo, Colombia and Roja Typica. This coffee comes from the Finca Campo Alegre in the heart of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and is prepared as "honey", which stands for a special type of drying. The cultivation height is 1500 m above sea level.

This is what We Roast Coffee says about the preparation and taste of the Mildred Niebles Honey Process Filter:

This coffee from Colombia has a juicy body, has a mild acidity and reveals aromas of peach honey and black tea.

We Roast Coffee also finds this worth mentioning:

Mildred has the most amazing story ever. She has raised three children of her own, has a college degree and is an Arabica Q grader. She managed all this despite the fact that she lived in an area torn by war for half a century. She was even shot and forced to leave her farm.
