This is what We Roast Coffee says about the producers and the cultivation of the House Blend Espresso:
Our House Blend Espresso is a combination of high-quality Arabica coffees from El Salvador and Brazil. The first component comes from the Finca El Barbaro in the Canton Juan Hijinio in the municipality of Jayaque and is grown from the Arabica variety Pacamara. The treatment is washed. The finca is located at an altitude of 1,350 m above sea level. The second component comes from the Serra Pelada farm in the Sul de Minas and from the Petunia region. The Arabica variety Red Catuai/Yellow Catuai is grown naturally, sun-dried. Serra Pelada Farm is located at an altitude of 1,250 m above sea level.

The coffee has a sweet and full texture, is slightly acidic and has aromas of chocolate with hints of almonds and molasses.

Whole beans
With whole beans, you decide when to grind. This way coffee keeps its aromas longer.

Medium grind, slightly finer than sand granules
