Fruity & lively
Not subtle or delicate, your coffee is crisp and vibrant. You like the mouthfeel with the sharpness, strong body and fruity tones.
Acidity
Like a lively sparkle that adds a hint of sweetness and fruity flavor. It is what makes your taste buds tingle, reminiscent of biting into a crisp apple or sipping a tarty cherry juice. This lively trait brings coffee to life in a unique way.
Bitterness
Like a pinch of seasoning, bitterness enhances coffee’s complexity. It is a balancing act with too little, the coffee may taste overly sweet or tangy. Robusta beans are naturally more bitter than Arabica due to the higher levels of these compounds. Light-medium roasts offer a pleasant bitterness, while darker roasts yield a stronger, lingering bitter sensation. Keep in mind, that taste varies – what is bitter to you might be enjoyable to others.
Body
Refers to how a coffee feels in your mouth – it is like the weight and texture that you sense as you sip. Imagine it as the difference between whole milk feeling rich and creamy compared to skim milk feeling lighter. Body gives coffee a sense of substance and depth, making each sip a satisfying experience.
Sweetness
Coffee’s link to fruitiness isn’t always obvious, but the beans are loaded with carbs and amino acids inherited from the coffee cherry. When roasted, these carbs become the building blocks of sweetness, like the simple sugars found in fruits. Through the Maillard reaction (roasting), they transform into the cozy sweetness we enjoy, reminding us of the cherry’s natural flavours.

Everything about the product

This is what Suedhang says about the producers and the cultivation of Chakra Warmi Espresso:

This coffee comes from Ecuador, more precisely from the Loreto and Orellana regions. It is produced by the Chakra Warmi women's association and grows at an altitude of 350-550 meters. This is a variety called Napo Payamino, which belongs to the species Coffea Canephora. The exceptional taste of this coffee is achieved through a special processing in which anoxic microbial demucilagination takes place. This creates unusually fruity notes that are atypical for Canephora. The long natural drying in the shade of the Amazon forest also contributes to the unique taste.

This is what Suedhang says about the preparation and taste of Chakra Warmi Espresso:

The finished cup of Chakra Warmi, brewed as espresso, offers a unique combination of flavors. The vanilla notes of coffee combine harmoniously with the fresh and slightly sweet taste of Sencha tea. There is also a fruity note of papaya, which gives the drink a special nuance. Ideal as an espresso for anyone who wants a very mild acidity and an intense crema. The perfect combination of the benefits of high-quality Arabica and Robusta.

I really didn't think that a 100% Robusta coffee could be so complex and delicious. The low-acid benefits of canephoras are perfectly taken up by the anaerobic processing. I prefer the coffee as a shorter shot, as this allows you to notice more of the fruit notes.
