Everything about the product

This is what Rubiac says about the producers and cultivation of the Juan Saldarriaga Filter:

Juan Saldarriaga, a passionate farmer from La Claudina, Colombia, proudly presents his carefully crafted filter coffee, distinguished by his meticulous farming practices and innovative processing techniques. This washed coffee, derived from a blend of the Castillo and Tabi varieties, thrives in Ciudad Bolivar, Antioquia, at an altitude of 1,400 to 1,600 meters. Since taking over the family-owned La Claudina and El Encanto farms in 2012, Juan's commitment to quality has been evident in the introduction of improved drying methods and experimentation with different coffee varieties. The farm's rugged topography requires the use of mules to traverse the various plots. The 18-hectare farm serves as both a coffee plantation and a nature reserve dedicated to protecting the forest. This coffee not only reflects the diversity of varieties and innovative farming techniques of Juan Saldarriaga, but also captures the vibrant essence of Antioquia's dynamic coffee landscape. Each sip is a journey through the flavors and tireless commitment that make up this exceptional brew.

This is what Rubiac says about the preparation and taste of the Juan Saldarriaga Filter:

A harmonious blend of scents unfolds in each cup, including the inviting aromas of red apple, green tea and cocoa beans, offering a wonderfully soft texture on the palate.
