This coffee has a long history that goes back to the smallholder families in the Gayo Highlands of Sumatra. These families manage their coffee farms sustainably and make an important contribution to protecting the tropical rainforest and its unique flora and fauna, including the Sumatran orangutans. The orangutan filter is 100% Arabica and comes from the areas of Sumatra and the Gayo Highlands. The cultivation altitude is between 1200 and 1600 meters and the variety is Tim-Tim and Ateng. The process is Washed.
