Everything about the product
This is what Public Coffee Roasters says about the producers and the cultivation of the Black Pearl Espresso:
The origin of our Black Pearl Espresso lies in three different growing areas. The Utengule Coffee Estate is located in Tanzania at an altitude of 1,400 meters and offers ideal climatic conditions. Traditional bourbon varieties are grown on the farm. The second part of our Black Pearl comes from picturesque Guatemala, where the coffee grows in the shade at about 1600 meters and has plenty of time to develop. The last part of the coffee beans from Brazil give the espresso its extraordinarily deep sweetness and a strong body.
This is what Public Coffee Roasters says about the preparation and taste of Black Pearl Espresso:
The Black Pearl Espresso is a balanced mix of classic flavors and modern influences. It is characterized by its dark chocolate with honey and hazelnut notes. You'll find dark chocolate, slightly caramel sweetness, creaminess and balance in the cup.
Public Coffee Roasters thinks this is worth mentioning:
Black Pearl Espresso is 100% Arabica and has been gently roasted so that all the aromas and flavors can fully develop. Public Coffee Roasters attaches great importance to sustainability and fair trade coffee beans.
