OHNE's Mexico espresso comes from the UCANOCH cooperative in the Chiapas region of northern Mexico. Here, smallholders grow the various varieties of Arabica at an altitude of 1,400 to 1,800 meters. The coffee is then picked by hand and washed and processed.
