Everything about the product

This is what OHNE says about the producers and the cultivation of Ethiopian espresso:

OHNE obtains this espresso from Sidamo. The region in Ethiopia is known for fantastic coffees, which are grown here at an altitude of over 1800 meters. The Espresso Ethiopia consists of 100% Arabica beans of the varieties Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho. These are picked by hand and then washed.

This is what OHNE says about the preparation and taste of Ethiopian espresso:

The Ethiopian espresso from OHNE impresses with a complex and sophisticated aroma. Here you taste classic notes like caramel, but also light tea-like aromas like bergamot and a hint of dark berries. The Ethiopian espresso tastes fantastic out of the portafilter as a single or double shot, but it also impresses as an Americano.

Most decafs simply don't run well in the espresso machine and rarely produce a full-bodied cup. When the body does feel pleasant, the taste suffers from too much bitter substances. This doesn't happen with the OHNE from Ethiopia and you can achieve delicious results with just a few settings.
