Everything about the product

This is what Industra Coffee says about the producers and cultivation of Christmas Juba Espresso:

We have a special connection to this coffee because our team member Petra has personally visited the coffee farms in the Guerrero region of Mexico, where Juba, meaning mountain, originates. Guerrero, known for its rugged landscape and historic coffee production, has struggled with low coffee prices for years. Fortunately, the situation has improved, thanks in part to our friends at Ensambles. The coffee in this region is grown in harmony with nature, using local pig sheds, organic methods and careful hand-picking . At an altitude of about 2,000 meters above sea level, the coffee offers an exceptional aroma and a pleasant acidity. The dry processing and slow sun-drying contribute to its sweetness with hints of rum, making it a truly unique and delicious coffee.

This is what Industra Coffee says about the preparation and taste of Christmas Juba Espresso:

Expect espresso with a syrupy texture, the sweetness of panela and flavors of rum and hot raspberries. Perfect for winter mornings!
