This coffee comes from the San Gabriel farm in Palestina, Huila, Colombia, run by Graciela Rodriguez Ospina and her dedicated team. The coffee beans are carefully washed and belong to the Orange Tabi variety.

This coffee is characterized by a balanced profile with fruity aromas of red apple, candied lemon (in the filter) and mirabelle plum as well as a subtle dried orange note in the espresso.
