This coffee comes from the Gedeb District in Gedeo, Ethiopia and is processed by the Chelbesa Washing Station, run by SNAP, an Ethiopian coffee production company. The coffee beans are washed and belong to the Local Heirloom variety.

This Ethiopian coffee is characterized by a sublime flavor profile characterized by black tea, lemonade and elderberry (in the filter) as well as mandarin and lemon balm (in the espresso). It impresses with its elegant clarity and a balanced balance between floral notes and fruity citric acid, which makes it a special specialty.
