Lambari is a classic espresso from the Lambari growing region in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais. This region is known for sustainability and consistent quality. Located just behind the Mantiqueira hills and at a crossroads with Campos das Vertentes - a transition between the Atlantic Forest and the Cerrado biome - the region offers the opportunity to discover very unique cup profiles. The region is also part of what is known as the Circuito das Águas (Water Circuit) due to the many rivers that come down from the water springs in the Mantiqueira Hills. The coffee production there relies mainly on small farmers who grow the coffee at an altitude of 1000 - 1300 times.

The Lambari is roasted a little darker for even less acidity and with a focus on roasted aromas. The classic pulped natural process ensures a lot of sweetness in the cup, which is excellently brought out by the darker roast.
