Everything about the product
This is what Hermetic Coffee Roasters says about the producers and cultivation of CF Decaf Espresso:
This coffee comes from the Asociación Café del Futuro, a collective of 348 farmers from the Jaén region of Peru. Founded in 2007, the association is committed to producing high quality coffees, with an emphasis on selected varieties and a strong commitment to certified coffee. In the provinces of Jaén and San Ignacio, farmers grow varieties such as Caturra and Mundo Novo, perfectly adapted to the conditions of the region. The association supports them by financing drying houses that enable gentle drying and protection from rain - a resource used by 95% of producers. These exceptional coffee varieties thrive at altitudes between 1,600 and 2,000 meters.
This is what Hermetic Coffee Roasters says about the preparation and taste of CF Decaf Espresso:
Although it is a decaffeinated coffee, its complexity should not be underestimated. This coffee offers a rich experience with initial chocolate notes followed by hints of cocoa and hazelnut. If you experiment a little with the preparation, you can even taste subtle undertones of almond and nutmeg. Whether as a caffeine-free flat white, cappuccino or evening espresso, this caffeine-free coffee impresses with its taste and versatility.
