10% Mandheling, Indonesia, Sumatra - semi-washed, grade 1, organic

The Sumatran mandheling thrives on the high volcanic slopes of Mount Leuser near Padang in west-central Sumatra at an altitude of 900 to 1600 meters above sea level. 20% parchment AB Robusta, Idukki, India - washed

This organic certified Parchment AB comes from the Idukki region, near Kerala, India. The cherries are sourced from various small farmers affiliated with the Manarcadu Social Service Society (MASS). Founded in 2001, this cooperative counts 837 smallholder farmers as members and aims to promote sustainable agricultural practices, improve farmers' livelihoods while contributing to a healthier environment.

This is what Hermetic Coffee Roasters says about the preparation and taste of B3 Espresso:

This espresso roast embodies the essence of a traditional dark blend, enhanced by the first use of Robusta beans. It features exceptionally low acidity, making it easily suitable for automatic and manual coffee machines, including the Bialetti espresso machine. For lovers of classic, strong and robust coffee, the B3 blend is the best choice. Expect bold notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, rich caramel and molasses, accompanied by hints of brown spice and a subtle hint of whiskey.
