Everything about the product

This is what Gemi Roasters says about the producers and the cultivation of the Inmaculara Filter:

This exceptional coffee is the result of the efforts of four dedicated producers: Monica Lisette, Morera Mosquera, Zoraya Ines Trujillo and Francia Astudillo. Grown in the picturesque village of Pichindé in Colombia, this coffee goes through a unique process to develop its exquisite aromas. It begins with a careful selection of cherries, followed by six days of anaerobic fermentation in sealed containers, which increases the complexity of the coffee. Innovative drying methods are then used to gently remove moisture from the coffee, resulting in a delicious cup. The coffee farms of Inmaculada, nestled in the picturesque Valle del Cauca, offer the ideal environment, surrounded by lush vegetation and various plants. Each cup is a journey through a world of flavors, from rich bourbon to fruity gesha and more - a must for coffee lovers seeking a truly unique experience.

This is what Gemi Roasters says about the preparation and taste of the Inmaculara filter:

Treat your taste buds to a delicious symphony of flavors with this coffee. With every sip you'll be greeted by the sweet notes of vanilla, the intriguing essence of orange wine and the vibrant combination of macerated raspberry and rhubarb. The experience culminates in a rich and velvety finish that lingers on the palate and leaves you wanting more. A truly enjoyable coffee that promises an unforgettable taste experience.
