Everything about the product

This is what Firstcrack says about the producers and the cultivation of the Red Honey Filter:

Founded in 2018, Lady Specialty Coffee (TLSC) is a woman-owned coffee farm and washing station. Managing director Su Nandar Linn works with 51 small farms in Nwar Ban Gyi village in Shan State. The farmers are all women and the processing plant is also predominantly staffed by women. TLSC shares 20% of the profits from the sale of green coffee with the farmers. The coffee cherries are harvested by hand, processed within 18 hours and then left to ferment for 48 hours. Red Honey is then pulped and placed on raised beds to dry for 12-18 days.

This is what Firstcrack says about the preparation and taste of the Red Honey Filter:

Red Honey from Firstcrack has a fruity and sweet taste with aromas of nougat, apricot and grapes and a medium body. Firstcrack recommends drinking coffee like Red Honey within 6 months.
