For a long time we thought about how little equipment is enough to be able to prepare really good filter coffee. Sure, more and more expensive equipment makes it easier to brew delicious filter coffee. However, when it really comes down to serving good coffee on a budget, what do you spend it on to make the biggest impact. In this bundle you can see our answer. We deliberately decided against grinders in a set, as a slightly higher budget would quickly be necessary here and you can also use pre-ground coffee for filter coffee.

This is included in the Filter Coffee Essentials Set:

• Coyooco French Press 350ml : No filter coffee without a filter coffee maker, so this is the first item in the set. We chose a French press because you can prepare smaller quantities than 350ml and you can use any equipment you already have when pouring the water, such as a saucepan.
• Coyooco Coffee Scale 2.0 with Auto Timer : Consistency is the be-all and end-all when preparing coffee. So we think it's really worth having a scale in your home. One of the easiest ways to make any coffee better at home is to pay attention to the ratio of ground coffee to water. We recommend 7g for 100g of water.
• Serra Pelada from We Roast Coffee: Very suitable as a filter coffee for your new equipment. Nutty-chocolate flavors for every morning.

Water recommendation (available as an option):

If we are honest with ourselves, good water should always come first. No matter what type of preparation or what coffee is used. Ideal water makes every coffee better. Unfortunately, tap water is not ideal for coffee in Germany and neutralizes many aromas. So if you don't already have a water filter, our recommendation is to try Third Wave Water and to thank us later for the tip.

• Third Wave Water Salts : Simply dissolve one stick in 5 liters of distilled water. The ideal water for preparing coffee is ready.
