Father's Coffee Roastery is proud to introduce Bombe Capsules, a coffee grown by small farmers in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, high in the mountains of Bombe. Asefa Dukamo, a major coffee producer, runs the processing station where the ripe cherries are hand-picked and processed using the dry fermentation method, a variant of the traditional Ethiopian processing method that uses less water. The processing station is managed in a progressive and well-organized manner and with great respect for nature and ecology.
