Everything about the product

This is what August 63 says about the producers and the cultivation of the Chepsangor Hills Filter:

Our newest coffee, the "Special Release: Kenya - Chepsangor Hills", comes from Kenya and is made at the Chepsangor Hills Farm by the dedicated producer Dr. Rosebella Langat and her husband grew it. Located in the picturesque Nandi County region of western Kenya, this farm is characterized by working closely with coffee farmers to source the best beans. Dr. Rosebella Langat and her team rely on sustainable farming and environmentally friendly practices, keeping the quality of their coffee at the highest level.

This is what August 63 says about the preparation and taste of the Chepsangor Hills filter:

This special coffee goes through a unique “natural sleeping bag” process. The coffee cherries are carefully sorted and then dried on African beds in a kind of "sleeping bag" to ensure uniform fermentation. This process takes 13-15 days and allows the coffee to develop its rich aroma. The coffee is characterized by aromas of ripe grapes, Cointreau and orange notes that make the taste buds dance. With a medium body, ripe sweetness, syrupy texture and a long-lasting, slightly "boozy" aftertaste, this coffee offers an unparalleled drinking experience. The fruity and slightly spicy nuances make it a unique discovery for coffee lovers.
