Everything about the product

This is what 55 degrees says about the producers and the cultivation of Winter Coffee Filter:

In the early 1990s, the brothers purchased the São Silvestre Farm in Serra do Salitre, Minas Gerais, to expand coffee production and increase quality. Thanks to ideal climatic conditions and an altitude between 1,100 and 1,200 meters, the farm produces high-quality coffee. Careful management, harvest planning and selection criteria during processing result in excellent beans that are valued worldwide. The volcanic soils are perfect for Yellow Icatu, Yellow Catuaí and Red Catuai varieties, which thrive here and produce Brazil's best natural coffee beans.

This is what 55 degrees says about the preparation and taste of the Winter Coffee Filter:

Our winter coffee is a unique taste experience that stands out from ordinary coffee. It is characterized by its sweet, creamy fruitiness and its full enjoyment, which is reminiscent of sun-ripened yellow fruits. This coffee is the perfect choice for the cold season to enjoy warming moments. Whether as a mild filter coffee for full-bodied aromas or as a strong espresso to emphasize the sweet and fruity character - our coffee will delight you!

55 degrees thinks this is worth mentioning:

Our packaging lettering was refined with hot air foil for a Christmas shimmer.
