Rainer began his journey in the agricultural sector with a cattle farm and delved into the world of coffee in 1987. He named his finca after his hometown of Fulda. It offers its approximately 450 employees many amenities such as a school for their children, a small clinic, a soccer field and a canteen with free meals.
