The organic single origin filter coffee from 55 degrees comes from the Gayo women's cooperative Ketiara in Indonesia. The Gayo Highlands is located in the Aceh region, the northernmost tip of Indonesia. The varieties Bourbon, Typica, Caturra and Catimor, which are grown at around 1350 meters and are washed, are used for the organic single origin filter.
