Everything about the product
This is what 55 degrees says about the producers and the cultivation of mild espresso:
The espresso mild is a blend from three countries. One part is Yellow Icatu which is grown by the Andrade family in Minas Gerais in Brazil. The coffee is grown at around 1200 meters above sea level and then processed naturally. Other coffees in espresso mild come from Finca Los Andes in Nicaragua and from Juan Carlos Mejia, who runs Finca La Secreta in Colombia.
This is what 55 degrees says about the preparation and taste of mild espresso:
A real all-rounder - the mild espresso combines a balanced body with sweet notes from Nicaragua and Colombia. Here you can taste marzipan, honey and nut nougat.
