The coffee is a blend of two components that come from the countries of origin El Salvador and Costa Rica. The coffee beans are sourced from the San Antonio and Roberto Mata farms and are both prepared as honey. These are pure Arabica beans. The coffees come from the Ahuachapan region in El Salvador and the Tarrazu region in Costa Rica. The varieties of beans are Bourbon and Caturra.
