That is what 19grams says about preparation and taste

The Wild At Heart by 19grams is guaranteed to inspire you. Especially if you love coffee with a subtle flavor of caramel, chocolate and strawberries! It is best used to prepare milk-based drinks such as cappuccino and flat white. But no matter what type of preparation you prefer, whether pure espresso or with milk: the Wild At Heart espresso from 19grams always tastes fantastic.

This is what 19grams says about the producers and the cultivation

The Wild at Heart from 19grams consists of two different coffees. 70% consists of a Natural Yellow Catuai from the Mata do Salgado farm. 30% is an heirloom from the Koke Washing Station in Ethiopia. The 194 hectare farm Mata do Salgado is located in the Cerrado Mineiro region, Brazil. The area is characterized by its fertile soil.

The Koke washing station was built in 2011 and is located on a hill surrounded by coffee farms. Several family-run farms in the area bring their coffee to this station. Here the coffee is further processed after a thorough quality check.
