For all of our coffee cocktail recipes you need a cold brew concentrate. If you have a little time, you can easily brew it yourself at home. Otherwise, the great roasters at Five Elephants have developed a super delicious cold brew, packaged it and send it to your home at the push of a button!

The Cold Brew Concentrate: What you need. 100g ground coffee (coarsely ground) to 600g cold water

The Sour Raspberry Syrup: What you need. 100g raspberries, 100g sugar, 10g citric acid
How to prepare the syrup . Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix gently and put in the fridge for 12 hours. The texture will be best if you stir the mixture every few hours. You can then strain your syrup through a fine-mesh sieve.

The vanilla syrup: What you need .100g caster sugar, 100g water, 1 vanilla pod
How to prepare the syrup. Put sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until both ingredients are completely dissolved. Scrape out the inside of the vanilla bean and cut the rest into small pieces. Now add the scraped out inside of the vanilla bean and the pieces. After preparing your syrup, let it sit covered for about an hour.

The coffee syrup: what you need. 250ml cold brew concentrate, 250g sugar, 12.5g citric acid, 1 lime for 5 zests
How to prepare the syrup. Place the coffee, sugar and citric acid in a saucepan and heat the mixture until melted. Add the lime peels and let it steep, covered, for about an hour. Then sieve the whole thing through a fine-mesh sieve.

THE BEACH PEACH COFFEE COCKTAIL


What you need.
30 ml cold brew concentrate, 10 ml Campari, 15 ml peach liqueur, 25 ml Jamaican rum (Appleton)

How to prepare the coffee cocktail.
Half fill a shaker or tall glass with Crusehd Ice. Add all ingredients and stir. Then fill the glass with the remaining crushed ice. Optionally, you can decorate your coffee cocktail with fresh mint sprigs and a straw.

THE COFFEE BOULEVARDIER COCKTAIL

What you need.
30ml bourbon/whiskey, 25ml vermouth, 25ml Campari, 15ml coffee liqueur

How to prepare the coffee cocktail.
Stir all ingredients together with the ice cubes. You can use this to dilute the cocktail a little. Then pour the whole thing again through a sieve into your tall glass with ice cubes. Squeeze an orange peel over the drink and add it to your coffee cocktail! Aaaand done!

What you need.
30 ml Campari, 30 ml Vermouth, 15 ml Cold Brew Concentrate, 10 ml Sour Raspberry Syrup

How to prepare the coffee cocktail.
Pour the drink into a tall glass filled with ice. Add all ingredients and fill with sparkling water. Stir gently, insert a straw and garnish with an orange slice.

What you need.
100 ml cherry juice, 30 ml cold brew concentrate, 10 ml vanilla syrup, 2 dashes black walnut bitters

20ml coffee liqueur, 60ml rum Bacardi (8 years old), 1 dash of licorice bitters
